At Bargain Outlet & More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
